The rules for using LeftAfter, written to be clear and readable. These Terms form a legal agreement when you create an account and agree to them.

Consumer rights stay intact. These Terms do not remove rights the law says cannot be removed.
At sign-up, the Terms checkbox is not pre-selected. You must actively agree before an account can be created. Paid membership checkout will separately show price, billing and renewal information before any payment obligation is created.
You enter your own information. LeftAfter provides budgeting calculations, projections, savings pockets, Community features and related tools. Features may evolve as the product develops.
LeftAfter is not a bank, financial adviser, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant or credit provider. Results depend on the information you enter, exchange-rate data and assumptions shown in the product. Check important figures before relying on them.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from a security failure for which LeftAfter is responsible. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another member’s information, disrupt the service or use Community features unlawfully.
Before any paid order is placed, checkout will clearly show the current price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms if any, payment method and the main features included. A price change will be communicated in advance where required by law.
Where a membership renews automatically, this will be stated before purchase. You may cancel an online LeftAfter membership online. Cancellation stops future renewal and access may continue until the end of time already paid for. We will show the effective cancellation date and provide confirmation.
Consumers who buy a service online may have a statutory withdrawal period, commonly 14 days in the EU. If LeftAfter asks you to start a paid service during that period, any request or acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights will be shown separately and clearly. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that the law says cannot be removed.
Community votes are designed so other members see totals rather than who voted. Submitted ideas may be displayed to members. LeftAfter may remove unlawful, abusive, unsafe, duplicate, impractical or out-of-scope submissions. A winning idea may enter the build queue but does not guarantee a release date.
Maintenance, security work, provider failures and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. We may improve, replace or retire features. If a change materially affects paid core functionality, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
You keep ownership of information you enter. You give LeftAfter only the permissions reasonably needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. You may not upload unlawful content, attack the service, scrape private areas, impersonate others or use the service to harm another person.
LeftAfter intentionally does not require a bank connection. The Privacy Notice explains what data is processed, why it is processed, providers used, retention and your rights. Security measures reduce risk but no online service can promise absolute security.
To the extent permitted by law, LeftAfter is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information you entered, decisions made from non-advisory planning estimates, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or serious misuse. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. You may request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
For an ongoing service, material changes will be communicated in a clear way. Where the law requires consent, notice or a right to cancel, LeftAfter will provide it. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the Terms that apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in another country, mandatory protections and courts available to you under applicable consumer law are not taken away by this clause.
LeftAfter’s final legal entity or trading name, business address, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, VAT details where applicable and customer-support contact will be inserted here once registration is completed.
