This page is intentionally marked pre-launch. It records the consumer-facing billing rules we are building toward and prevents payment implementation from drifting away from those rules.
The paid membership is intended to unlock the ongoing LeftAfter account and its included Personal and Business features. The exact included features shown at checkout form part of the offer presented before purchase.
Before paid launch, LeftAfter will confirm the correct VAT treatment and whether the displayed €3.99 consumer price is VAT-inclusive. Checkout will show the total recurring amount before a payment obligation is created.
When billing is activated, the recurring nature of the charge, billing interval, first charge date and next renewal information will be shown clearly before purchase. LeftAfter will not rely on a hidden renewal term.
The current quick preview is free. If LeftAfter later offers a timed trial that converts to paid membership, the trial length, conversion date and first charge will be shown before the trial begins.
The member account will provide a direct cancellation path. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges and confirmation will show when paid access ends. Access may continue until the end of a period already paid for unless applicable law or a refund/withdrawal right requires otherwise.
If pause is available, the available pause lengths and the date billing restarts will be shown before confirmation. A pause will not replace the right to cancel.
For online consumer contracts, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Before paid public launch, LeftAfter will provide the required online withdrawal/cancellation mechanism and confirmation flow. Any request to begin a paid service during a withdrawal period will be presented separately where legally required.
If a payment fails, LeftAfter may restrict paid membership features after appropriate notice or retry handling. The account page will explain the membership state and how to restore access. Retention/deletion of account data follows the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
When payments are live, LeftAfter will provide suitable confirmation for subscription start, recurring payments and cancellation. Invoice/receipt details will be finalised once KVK, VAT and payment-provider details are confirmed.
If LeftAfter changes the recurring membership price, members will receive clear advance information where required, including any right to cancel before a new price applies.
The final legal/trading name, registered business address, KVK number, VAT information, customer contact details and payment-provider information will be inserted once confirmed. No placeholder registration or VAT number will be presented as final.
