Simple terms for a simple membership.

1 · The serviceLeftAfter helps you plan what remains after life's costs and goals.

You enter your own information. LeftAfter provides calculations, planning tools, savings pockets, Community features and related functionality. Features may evolve as the product develops.

2 · Not financial adviceYou remain responsible for financial decisions.

LeftAfter does not provide banking, investment, tax, accounting, credit or personalised financial advice. Calculations depend on the information you enter, exchange-rate data and the assumptions shown in the product. Check important figures before relying on them.

3 · AccountKeep your login secure and your information accurate.

You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from a security failure for which LeftAfter is responsible. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, attempt to access another member's information or abuse Community features.

4 · Membership€3.99 per month when paid membership launches.

The checkout must show the current price, billing period, trial terms (if any) and whether membership renews before you pay. Any future price change will be communicated before it takes effect as required by law.

5 · CancellationOnline in your account, without unnecessary barriers.

You may cancel an online LeftAfter membership online. Cancellation stops future renewal; access can continue through time already paid for where applicable. We will clearly show the effective cancellation date and provide confirmation. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer cancellation rights.

6 · Cooling-off rightsStatutory rights still apply.

Consumers may have a legal 14-day withdrawal period for an online service contract. If LeftAfter asks you to begin paid service during that period, any request or acknowledgement affecting your withdrawal rights will be presented separately and clearly. A statutory withdrawal function will be available where required.

7 · CommunityParticipate without turning LeftAfter into social media.

Weekly votes are designed to be anonymous to other members: totals may be displayed, but members are not shown who voted for an option. Submitted ideas may be displayed to members. LeftAfter may exclude unlawful, unsafe, abusive, duplicate, impractical or out-of-scope ideas. A winning eligible idea enters the build queue; winning does not guarantee a particular release date.

8 · Availability and changesWe aim for a reliable service, not an impossible guarantee.

Maintenance, security work and failures can occasionally interrupt access. We may improve, replace or retire features, but we will not intentionally remove paid core functionality without appropriate notice where doing so materially affects the service.

9 · LiabilityMandatory consumer rights are never excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, LeftAfter is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information you entered, decisions you make from non-advisory planning estimates, or events outside reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10 · PrivacyYour data is covered by our Privacy Notice.

LeftAfter intentionally does not require a bank connection. Read the Privacy Notice for the data we process, why, retention, providers and your rights.

11 · Governing lawDutch law, with your mandatory consumer protections preserved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer elsewhere, mandatory protections and competent courts available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

12 · Business detailsTo be completed before paid public launch.

LeftAfter's final legal entity/trading name, business address, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, VAT details where applicable and customer-support contact will be inserted here once registration is completed.
